Manifesting: Thoughts ARE Things!

Without realizing it, we manifest our tomorrows, and often what we ask for isn’t a day comprised of rainbows and butterflies.

What stephsocial.com has to say:

What is manifestation? Manifesting is the act of creating something through thought and energy. We display our reality every day, whether we realize it or not. Every time you have an idea, you manifest it. And what you focus on expands. So if you focus on negative things, you will attract more negativity into your life. If you focus on positive things, you will attract more positivity into your life.

For Example:

Mental thoughts of “today will be a long day” will create a long day, and views of “by the end of the day, there will be nothing left to give to the family” will most likely produce a day with exhaustion and exhaustion-depleted energy. Throwing out to the universe what we worry about, fear, etc., will have our lovely universe bringing those things into our world.

This is how I previously and unknowingly manifested a negative future. When I had an upcoming event, I immediately predicted social awkwardness, time traveling in slow motion, my choice of attire being completely wrong, and judgments being made. Ultimately, I asked the universe to deliver everything I presumed to happen. Trust me, the universe didn’t let me down. That evening would end up being never-ending. I was uncomfortable with what I wore, and social awkwardness was high. Shouldn’t I have expected anything less? I asked for it, didn’t I? Obviously, I needed a different way of living.

Turn that Manifesting Frown Upside Down

Coming to terms with my “thoughts becoming things” quickly encouraged the process of altering how and what I manifested. If I genuinely desired positivity in my life, I had to be willing to revise all I was launching to the universe.

~Manifest positive thoughts, acknowledge negative thoughts and then release them.

~Stop worrying over things I cannot control. It is a waste of energy and time.

~Beginning each day with gratitude. Acknowledging a blessing in my life kick starts the mental thought of “Yes, life is good.” Creating nothing but good vibes!

~Imagine what I want the universe to bestow upon me, see it, and believe it will become my reality. Maintain a belief that I am worth it and can achieve what I desire.

~Expressing positivity brings positivity. Spread positivity to those I encounter; we reap what we sow. AND surround me with those that are uplifting and beneficial to my way of life. Eliminating pessimistic people and places eliminates negative energy.

~Manifesting is about choices. I choose, and I experience that choice.

Implementing the above to construct a productive, rewarding fate does work. Recently I had an engagement to appear at; before the party, I took time to lunch with friends. During the meal, I welcomed the time comprised of joyful, beautiful camaraderie and food. Later that day, I dressed for the festivities and consciously embraced the pleasant feeling I experienced in what I chose to wear. I made a great effort to mentally narrate that, regardless of what I walked into just a couple of hours from now, I was grateful for adorning a new fashion accessory and two fantastic women I spent the afternoon with. My only prediction regarding my evening was spending time with my husband and retelling my girl time adventures. The result included my predictions, driving home anxious-free and a night of peaceful sleep.

There are many beautiful, optimistic thoughts our precious time and energy should be spent cultivating. There are many purposeful things to manifest in our lives; it’s time to stop internally investing and asking the universe to deliver unfulfilling paths.
